As a life coach (or personal coach, if you prefer), I help people design futures that feel more exciting and meaningful.
Coaching is about figuring out who you are, where you are, what you want—and why. My job? To keep you focused and moving forward.
Think of me as the helpful stranger you bump into when feeling a little lost. Not the sketchy one in a dark alley, but the friendly kind–you know, great sense of direction, solid advice, and always ready to point out a spot to buy great ice cream.
Together, we’ll tackle the big existential and practical questions, all in a judgement-free space. I’ll also help you put words to those dreams and goals you haven’t told anyone about yet.
A big part of this will be letting go of what others expect of you—family, peers, society—and learning to trust yourself. That means keeping promises to yourself, taking action, and breaking out of procrastination loops.
My work as a life coach revolves around four key areas. We can go through them all, or just focus on what you need most.
Identity and future self
A lot of talent is wasted—not from lack of effort, but lack of direction. Maybe life is fine, but something’s missing—security, meaning, belonging, or fun. Maybe a big life change (planned or not) has left you unsure of your next move.
Through a process I call wayfinding, we’ll get clearer on who you are now and who you want to become over the next decade.
Goal setting
I’ll help you define the outcomes you want in the next year or two, then break them down into bite-sized, achievable steps that actually fit your life.
We’ll also make sure you commit to concrete actions after each session—because progress happens through doing, not just talking. And I’ll help you stay focused, so you don’t get lost in distractions or overthink your way into inaction.
Systems and processes
A clear vision and “SMART” goals mean nothing if you don’t have the right mindset. Many of my clients struggle with procrastination, prioritisation, or just getting out of their own way.
That’s where the right habits, rituals, and environment come in. I’ll help you build systems that make consistency feel easy, so you can actually follow through.
Accountability
If you want an “alpha bro” coach who yells at you, I’m not your guy. I believe in treating my clients like adults—smart, self-driven people who want to do what’s needed but could use some structure and support.
Pearson’s Law says what gets measured improves—so we’ll track your progress in a way that keeps you motivated and moving forward, no guilt trips required.
