I’m glad you’re here.

If you're currently considering coaching, it means you already get it—investing in yourself matters.

Perhaps you want to level up your career or switch things up entirely. Or, you're facing a big decision and want an objective ear.

Maybe life feels a bit uninspiring, and you're craving more mojo. Or those big existential questions won't leave you alone, and you've no idea what's next in life—or why

You might dream of launching a business or side hustle but feel stuck. Or, you know what you want, if only you could get yourself organised enough to act.

I can help.

"Kris helped me to set some pretty hefty professional goals which I am working towards, and having these to work towards gives me a reason to jump out of bed every day." Alexander V – SYDNEY, Australia

Combining Life Coaching And Career Coaching

I’m a career change coach and a life coach. For many clients I wear both hats.

That's because life and work are deeply connected. Like it or not, your job becomes a big part of who you are. That’s why people blurt out what they do for a living the second they meet someone new. And it works both ways, because how you show up at work depends on how steady you feel in life.

Of course, as you grow, your values shift, and sometimes your career stops feeling like a good fit. Maybe the job you once fell into isn’t you anymore. Maybe the people around you aren’t either.

That’s where I come in. By blending life and career coaching, I help you step back, figure out what truly matters, and take action. You’ll gain a clearer sense of purpose, a solid plan, and the accountability to make real changes.

Your 80-year-old future self will one day thank you for it.

"The list of achievements during our time are too many to mention with every day I continue to grow."

Jacob V | WASHINGTON DC, US

"Never having had career coaching experience before, I have now firmly put Kris as part of my personal development training program, and look forward to continue working alongside him. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to gain clarity, insight, and perspective in their life".

Anna G | PORTO, Portugal

"After a few sessions my confidence was already on another level, my motivation exceeded even my own expectations, and I am on the cusp of setting up my own business.”

WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID

What I Do As A Career Change Coach

As a career change coach, I help people build careers that actually fit their skills, interests, and who they are at their core. I support my clients in developing the confidence, insights, and strategies they need to thrive, whether in a job or their own business.

Quick heads-up: I don't provide job search advice, CV/resume writing or interview prep.

My work covers three key areas: career development, career transition, and job fulfillment.

Career development

We’ll focus on the short-term strategies that set you up for long-term success—things like skill-building, career planning, and networking.

You’ll gain fresh insights into your professional brand, learn how to position yourself, and refine the habits, leadership skills, and organisational systems that keep you moving forward.

Career change coaching

A lot of clients come to me feeling stuck, knowing they want something different but unsure what that looks like. That’s where I come in.

We’ll go deep—exploring the sweet spot between what you’re good at, what excites you, and what could actually pay the bills. Of course, career change isn’t just about new ideas; it’s also about testing them. So, I’ll help you prototype your ideas, build the right networks, and make the shift without starting from scratch.

Job satisfaction

Sometimes, your job just isn’t clicking. Maybe it’s a bad team dynamic, lack of autonomy, or feeling like what you do doesn’t matter. While switching jobs isn’t always an immediate option, small tweaks can create big changes.

We’ll work on assertiveness, executive presence, motivation, and even reframing challenges so you can regain control and find meaning where you are—or, indeed, get ready for your next move.

What I Do As A Life Coach

As a life coach (or personal coach, if you prefer), I help people design futures that feel more exciting and meaningful.

Coaching is about figuring out who you are, where you are, what you want—and why. My job? To keep you focused and moving forward.

Think of me as the helpful stranger you bump into when feeling a little lost. Not the sketchy one in a dark alley, but the friendly kind–you know, great sense of direction, solid advice, and always ready to point out a spot to buy great ice cream.

Together, we’ll tackle the big existential and practical questions, all in a judgement-free space. I’ll also help you put words to those dreams and goals you haven’t told anyone about yet.

A big part of this will be letting go of what others expect of you—family, peers, society—and learning to trust yourself. That means keeping promises to yourself, taking action, and breaking out of procrastination loops.

My work as a life coach revolves around four key areas. We can go through them all, or just focus on what you need most.

Identity and future self

A lot of talent is wasted—not from lack of effort, but lack of direction. Maybe life is fine, but something’s missing—security, meaning, belonging, or fun. Maybe a big life change (planned or not) has left you unsure of your next move.

Through a process I call wayfinding, we’ll get clearer on who you are now and who you want to become over the next decade.

Goal setting

I’ll help you define the outcomes you want in the next year or two, then break them down into bite-sized, achievable steps that actually fit your life.

We’ll also make sure you commit to concrete actions after each session—because progress happens through doing, not just talking. And I’ll help you stay focused, so you don’t get lost in distractions or overthink your way into inaction.

Systems and processes

A clear vision and “SMART” goals mean nothing if you don’t have the right mindset. Many of my clients struggle with procrastination, prioritisation, or just getting out of their own way.

That’s where the right habits, rituals, and environment come in. I’ll help you build systems that make consistency feel easy, so you can actually follow through.

Accountability

If you want an “alpha bro” coach who yells at you, I’m not your guy. I believe in treating my clients like adults—smart, self-driven people who want to do what’s needed but could use some structure and support.

Pearson’s Law says what gets measured improves—so we’ll track your progress in a way that keeps you motivated and moving forward, no guilt trips required.

Coaching Services & Results

I run my life and career change coaching practice fully online.

This means I can work with people across all time zones while giving you the flexibility to be coached wherever you’re most at ease—your desk, your couch, or even on the road.

Every client is different and has a unique way of thinking and doing. So, we start by clearing up some of the fog first—figuring out where you want to go next and then coming up with a detailed plan. From there, we focus on making visible and consistent progress towards implementing that plan.

By the end of our sessions, I want you to feel coaching has been a great use of your money, not just in how much better you feel, but because of the real and measurable progress you've made.

My Coaching Style

Whether you're here for life coaching, career coaching or developing a better mindset, my approach is practical—no ear candling, unicorns, or magic wands.

I use strategies that actually work, backed by coaching research, psychology, time management, leadership development, and—dare I say—common sense.

Expect openness, warmth, and zero judgment from me. In return, please bring curiosity and a playful commitment to your growth.

Humour and lightness are a big part of my coaching, and you'll find that a well-placed dad joke or weird metaphor often beats any self-help cliché.

And while I don’t have a magic wand, I will indeed crack the whip when needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book an in-person session?

I live in different locations throughout the year, so I only coach online.

Coaching is a conversational technique designed to help you get specific results. You and I don’t need to be in the same room for that to work well.

Online coaching also means it’s less likely we’ll ever bump into each other. Clients often tell me that me being so far removed from their physical lives makes our work all the more powerful. It means we can build a relationship that is both sufficiently open and detached at the same time.

How much does a session cost?

I offer a package of five sessions and a package of ten sessions. I don’t offer individual sessions until I’ve worked with a client for some time. You can find my pricing here.

How often do the sessions take place?

I usually recommend speaking once every ten to fourteen days for the first few sessions. After that, the frequency often naturally tails off.

I’m not prescriptive, however, so whatever you feel would be a useful frequency. Do bare in mind not to lose momentum in-between sessions.

What does a session look like?

I have a simple structure for my sessions. Start fast, go deep, end strong.

Start fast: we may do a quick review of your highlights and learnings since we last spoke, as well as an accountability check on the actions you previously agreed. We’ll then do some ‘contracting’ around the focus for the session and what you’d like to get out of it.

Go deep: A 60-minute session usually allows for a good amount of depth and time to explore a particular topic. My aim here is to get you to look at an area from different perspectives, getting you to generate as many aha-moments and new learnings as possible.

End strong: I’m an action-orientied coach. While deep conversation is great, it offers little unless you translate it into behavioural changes and action. Each session will end with at least one, often several action points.

Can I record my sessions?

Please do. You can watch and re-watch yourself, tapping into some of the momentum you felt during the session. Doing so offers an unusual meta-perspective, as well as a wonderful way to zoom out – pun intended.

Do I need a therapist instead of a life coach or career change coach?

As a minimum, coaching requires relatively decent levels of self-motivation and optimism about the future. For most of us, those levels ebb and flow.

If you’re finding it hard to motivate yourself to do anything, then life coaching or indeed career coaching is not going to be the best solution for you right now. It may best to seek a therapist first and explore coaching again once you feel better and have regained some of that drive back.

Do I need a career advisor instead of a career coach?

Possbibly. I don’t offer specific career advice in the sense that I won’t tell you where to search for new roles or how to re-write your CV or LinkedIn profile. There are probably cheaper ways to find this information than working with a coach.

Also, if you’re looking for sector-specific advice you may be better off working with a career advisor or a consultant, because my focus as a career change coach is much more around developing greater professional and personal awareness and insights.
