Introducing: group accountability coaching

Following last year's successful group coaching programme, I’ve launched a fresh, year-round accountability group to help you stick to your intentions and turn them into tangible results – one milestone at a time.

This isn’t a quick fix or a one-off course. It’s a consistent, supportive programme designed to keep you moving forward all year long.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Every two weeks, a 75-minute group coaching video call: Stay accountable to yourself and others in the group.

  • Goal-setting exercises: Define your big 2025 objectives and break them down into monthly action plans.

  • Active online community: Share wins, swap stories, and get inspired by others on the same journey.

How it works

I open the group to new members at the start of each quarter. If you’d like to join for Q2 2025 (April–June), just drop me a message.

Before your first call, you’ll do a little prep—clarifying your big-picture goals for 2025 and setting milestones for the next three months.

The calls are all about accountability, support, and real talk. Some weeks, we’ll do masterminds. Other times, we’ll coach one member as a group or break into smaller teams for focused discussions.

If last year is anything to go by, you’ll soon look forward to these sessions—not just for the progress, but for the camaraderie.

Outside the calls, our email group keeps the conversation going. And if you work best alongside others, I can set up virtual co-working—it’s a game-changer.

We’re building a space where everyone feels supported.

Why join?

We're nearly one quarter into 2025 and it's possible you may already have forgotten about your goals for the year, or slipped back into last year's bad habits.

When no one checks in, motivation can wane, small problems start to feel overwhelming, and it’s tempting to start coasting.

Investment

I intend to keep the accountability group running throughout all of 2025, with the opportunity to recommit every quarter.

This means new members can only join at the start of each quarter, and the next intake after January will be in April.

The investment for joining the second quarter of 2025 is £195 / €235 / US $245.

A real bargain for six coaching sessions. And that's on purpose, because I want to make this group accessible to as many people as possible while still making sure you're invested in it.

At the end of the quarter, you can decide whether to continue with the next phase or not.

It is indeed an investment, not just in the programme but also in ensuring that your future self stays committed to its goals and remains fully engaged with the programme.

Joining is simple. Just reply to this email with a few sentences about why you’d like to be part of the group and let me know:

We can then have a short 15-minute one-on-one call as a quick introduction.
