Accountability Group Coaching 2026
Once every two weeks, a small group of people working through real career and life changes meets for a 75-minute coaching call. We work discuss what's happened since the last session, what's getting in the way, and what the next two weeks need to look like.
Between calls, an online group keeps the conversation going.
It runs on a quarterly basis. You set your milestones at the start, and we work towards them together across the quarter. At the end, you decide whether to continue.
Q2 2026 runs from April to June.
What you get
Here’s what you’ll get:
-
✅ Six bi-weekly 75-minute group coaching calls. Some sessions focus on one member's specific challenge, mastermind-style. Others split into smaller pairs or trios for more focused work. The format adapts to what the group needs that day.
-
✅ A goal-setting exercise before your first call: This helps you clarify your direction for the year and set concrete milestones for Q2, so every call has a real reference point rather than starting from scratch each time.
-
✅ An active online group between calls: Progress doesn't wait for call days. The group is there for check-ins, questions, and keeping each other honest in between sessions.
How it works in practice
At the start of Q2, you set your quarterly milestones. We break those down into what needs to happen in the next two weeks, and that becomes the rhythm.
Calls aren't motivational. They're working sessions. You'll be expected to show up having done what you said you'd do, or ready to talk honestly about why you didn't. Both are useful. One is just more comfortable than the other.
The mix of people matters too. Everyone in the group is navigating some version of a career or life change, so the conversations tend to be practical and specific rather than abstract.
Why group coaching works
Working through change alongside other people does something that solo coaching doesn't quite replicate.
- 🌟 You hear how someone else handled a situation you're stuck on, and it shifts your thinking in ways a direct conversation with a coach often doesn't.
- 💡 You see other people making progress, which makes your own feel more possible.
- 📈 The accountability is different too. Missing a session with your coach is easy to rationalise. Showing up to a group of people who are tracking your commitments is a different kind of pressure, and usually a more effective one.
Testimonials
"I've been part of Kris's group coaching programme since 2023 and it's been both genuinely enjoyable and valuable. The openness of the group is especially powerful, hearing people from different sectors speak honestly about successes and challenges is consistently inspiring and reassuring. The structure creates real accountability too: we reflect on progress and commit to clear goals between sessions, turning intention into action."
Charlotte T - Italy
"A really lovely group of people from all walks of life with a shared commitment to supporting each other. The fortnightly sessions create a nice rhythm and keep everyone's goals and commitments front of mind."
Anna B - Melbourne
What people typically work on
This programme tends to attract people who are:
- 👤 Thinking seriously about a career change but haven't yet made it concrete
- 👤 Returning to work after a break and figuring out what comes next
- 👤 Feeling stuck in a role or life situation that no longer fits
- 👤 Building better professional habits and follow-through
- 👤 Working out what they actually want, not just what looks sensible on paper
You don't need a fully formed plan before joining. You do need to be ready to work on one.
Investment
£115 / €135 for the full quarter, six sessions included.
That covers all six coaching calls and access to the online group throughout Q2.
The price is intentionally accessible. This isn't a one-to-one coaching retainer. It's a group programme, and it's priced so that commitment is the real barrier, not cost. If you join, I want it to be because you're ready to engage, not because you felt you had to justify the spend first.
At the end of Q2, you decide whether to continue into Q3. There's no automatic renewal.
How to join
Drop me message with a few sentences about what you're working on and why group coaching appeals to you right now. Also let me know your timezone and general availability for bi-weekly calls.
If we haven't spoken before, we'll have a short 15-minute introductory call before I confirm your place. It's a chance for both of us to check the fit.
I'll do my best to schedule calls at a time that works for as many people as possible across timezones, though a perfect fit for everyone isn't always possible.
Applications for Q2 2026 close on 10th April.
